Vice President - Sales (fmcg products)

- This position demands a dynamic competence of overseeing Pan India Sales of the entire range of FMCG Products including GT / MT and also CSD sales.

- To monitor and motivate the regional heads and their down line for optimum sales achievement of projected target in a competitive environment.

- Aggressively enlarge the the market penetration both in urban and rural segments by increasing committed and performance oriented channel sales distributions partners.

- Innovate and Inculcate new initiatives which focus field sales penetration and coverage of tiny outlets too.

- Closely coordinate with marketing team both at peer level and below for qualitative implementation of sales support campaigns.

- Since this demands TOP Talents with proven track record in FMCG Sales there would be no compromise on package to attract the best.

- MBA's from TOP B Schools with Pan India Sales Expertise from renowned organizations in FMCG Products would only be discussed further.

Position is to be filled within a fortnight and hence response has to be immediate.

NON FMCG SALES EXPERIENCE AND THOSE WHO HAVE HANDLED LESS THAN 500 CRORE BUSINESS VOLUMES WILL NOT BE DESIRED. ALSO PAN INDIA EXPOSURE IS A MUST.
