RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Client Acquisition and client servicing, should have an extensive coverage in Geographies Maharashtra/Gujarat/MP/Rajasthan/Orissa/Chhattisgarh/WB across NBFCs and Fintech FI Space establish good working relationships where appropriate.
- Managing client relationships from origination to exit along with sourcing of new business for select geographies
- Generating revenue, Contributes to Market Share Improvement / New Clients
- Display Market Intelligence of that Sector. Keep unto date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector.
- Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
- Evaluating and attaining closure on various investment opportunities. Efforts required for cover the set of clients and equities
- Takes responsibility for understanding the business needs of clients and stakeholders, identifying problems and propose creative solutions.
- Investment structuring and documentation. Ensures Data upkeep, organization & safekeeping, for commercial, confidentiality, organization, regulatory and communication
- Appreciates the value and role of the department and function in the overall Group and acts accordingly.
- Has the ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data to help make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and the project team.
- Given appropriate guidance, work product meets Firm's standards of quality and timelines and the evaluate displays attention to detail.
- Has good understanding of the FIFG products. Follows work through to completion
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Is sensitive to FIFG revenue and cost factors and takes interest to understand the big picture.
- Displays financial modelling and data crunching skills to the desired level
- Past track record of acquisition of clients and manging them through their lifecycle
- Should have flair for building relationships
- Core NBFCs and Financial Institutions sector knowledge
