Role & responsibilities:
- Drive a robust business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients in the BPO industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Own the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Utilize a hunter mentality to aggressively pursue new business opportunities.
- Proactively address client objections and concerns during negotiations, utilizing a consultative approach to turn challenges into opportunities
- Leverage CRM reporting and forecasting tools to provide accurate and timely insights into sales performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform negotiation strategies.
- Review, and negotiate complex contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ Years of proven experience in a hunter role within BPO or related industries.
- Should have an experience of building strategic frameworks for deal structuring, ensuring that agreement align with both client needs and financial objectives of the company
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
