We are looking for someone who comes with an extensive experience into Risk and Fraud (Preferably from Payment gateway) or card industry. Someone who can analyse and document the risks associated with a company's business operations, as well as monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes and implement needed changes.

The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

The candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations and work to a brief agreed with the business heads.

Educational Qualification:

- Preferably candidate having experience in Payment gateway and cards industry having at least 8-10 years of experience in acquiring operations, settlement, risk and fraud monitoring.

- Candidate should be a graduate or post graduate from a reputed institute.

ROLE:

- Develop the Enterprise Risk Management Policy for the Company

- Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks

- Analyze transactions, internal reports and financial information for potential fraud risks Handling key customer complaints / chargeback and to ensure closure within TAT.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company's goals and objectives

- Provide training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs.

- Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required.

- Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization's previous handling of risks.

- Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks.

- Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;

- Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
