VP - Risk Change - Market Risk - Change Management - Investment Bank

Looking for a senior level hire for one of the global investment banks based in Mumbai. The role is in the Change Management area in the risk domain (Market Risk)

Some of the highlights of the role are as follows:

- Good project management skills and strong organization skills and have an ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight time constraints.

- Leading a team of Business Analysts in the Risk Change team.

- Managing Traded Risk Transformation

- Ensure appropriate Controls and Governance model on any new Changes driven by Regulatory need, Efficiency improvement or Compliance to Policy guidelines

- Steering and leading the changes in the key bank's initiatives and BAU activities

- Strategic and Critical thinking approach to review the new processes and change providing opportunity for the team and stakeholders to have the holistic view and assist in Decision making
