VP - Retail Strategic Initiatives - Bank

- The role will be responsible to drive the business strategy for liabilities portfolio of the bank.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Project Management and work to ensure the key strategic projects of the organization are tracked and delivered. Define the strategic roadmap of the liabilities team with short-, medium- and long-term objectives and track progress against the same

- Ensure delivery of key projects including digital and others for the liabilities vertical of the bank. Develop a standard methodology of planning, executing, prioritizing projects so that they are delivered on time

- Analyze and study key emerging trends in the industry and beyond, proactively identity opportunities/ partnerships leading to a significant growth in the book of the banks

- Proactively benchmark against other players in the industry, identify key opportunities including new products, digital transformation, customer marketing programs which can lead to enhancement of the bank's liability base. Conceptualize and detail the idea, seek approvals for implementation and then track execution with key stakeholders

- Facilitate governance and review discussion to ensure that the top strategic projects are in line with the banks vision. Manage cross functional initiatives and work with stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
