VP - Reporting & Analytics - Information Management Insights - BPO

We are looking for candidates for VP Role - Reporting & Analytics based at Pune.

Experience:

- Develop, lead, coach a team of data/ service analysts to deliver on Information Management insights

- Ensure Delivery on identified data/Information Management insight on strategy projects

- Lead the Metrics Based Management delivery from Structure, analysis, and reporting on LOB performance from data extraction, statistical analysis to visualization for 26 LOBs and CSD roll up

- Proactively help to develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, projections, and performance analysis - Historic and Predictive modelling, correlate data variables

- Provide direction to the continued development of the business intelligence platform (interim automation) by defining requirements from the production

- Collaborate with team members to improve reporting and analytics and overall data quality across CSD

- Support implementation changes to the organization's data structure through collaboration with the digitization team

- Provide Business leaders with the necessary insight on key performance indicator trends (KPI/KRI) and patterns in the data with highlights on areas for improvements

- Lead change management with the LOBs for the reduction of existing reports and creation of efficiencies

Core Skills:

- MBA/ MS with Statistical and Analytics skills - Six Sigma / Lean background

- Program Management - PMP/MSP/PRINCE2

- Experience in Tableau, R and /or Business objects (not required but beneficial)

- Ensure monthly and quarterly production cycles are on time and accurate for Business performance reporting

- Ability to influence and negotiate on expectations of the stakeholders

- Conduct periodic reviews with the onshore stakeholders - Business Leads and Functional owners
