VP- Regulatory System

- Strong exposure to regulatory systems( AXIOM)

- Exposure/Understanding of business as well as technology important ( pure technology or business understanding will not work).

- Manage multi-location teams

- Senior stakeholder management

- Person/team interacts with Business, Technology & Change teams...so exposure to change is a big plus though this team does not sit in change as also involved in running the system

- Strong controls mindset

- Currently will manage a team of 10 with 2-3 direct reports. Team expected to grow to 15 in 6-9 months time

- 10 plus years of experience with 5 plus in managerial capacity
