VP - Reference Data Management

- Responsible for ensuring the continued delivery of a robust and stable operating environment to support all reference data management for Global Business Market.

- Contributing to the overall operational strategy for the Reference Data function and responsible for the implementation of the strategy.

- Improving service delivery and productivity to maximize service quality and operational efficiency and minimising operational risk through the effective implementation of appropriate controls and process improvements.

- Supports long term development of individuals and the team, providing coaching, counselling and mentoring.

- Responsible for the day to day management of the Reference Data Management team maximizing effectiveness, providing vision and clear direction for the team and acting as the key escalation point for query resolution in relation to any issues arising.

- Manages Staff and resources for the RDM department ensuring levels of services and capacity are maintained.
