VP - Redevelopment - Real Estate

Currently handling an assignment for VP redevelopment role for an real estate company based at Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The role is to look at opportunities for Redevelopment of Societies and other buildings / developments.

- Financial and technical evaluation of the projects identified for redevelopment.

- Professional competency in handling multiple owners.

- Networking with brokers.

- Analyzing market trends and product performance to provide inputs for strategic decision making.

- Liaising with various local govt. officials & stakeholders.

Reporting to: Director

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Years of Experience: 15 to 25 years
