About the client: India's leading conglomerate in the BFSI Sector  Candidate requirement- CA/ MBA with 6-12+ years experience in end to end Real Estate Fund management (starting from origination, due diligence, upto execution and generation of income)  Role:  - Responsible for the investment performance, reporting and strategic direction for an assigned investment real estate portfolio which may include industrial, office, multifamily, retail and joint venture investments.  - The primary responsibility for the real estate fund manager is to identify and execute deals from start to end.   - To setup the real estate desk from scratch, putting in place policies and processes.   - To scout for assets and maintain relationships with various IPCs and legal firms.   - Carrying out screening and short-listing of assets, deal negotiations and finalisation.  - Responsible for deal analysis, valuation, MIS and maintenance of existing deals, carry out due diligence (both technical and legal), coordinate between investments and various internal / external stakeholders.  - Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports to investors, consultants and other partners  - Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing  - Model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from acquisition through disposition.  - Manage coordination of post acquisition activities and integration of asset into the firm's ownership portfolio  - Oversee asset disposition process  - Oversee and monitor the full range of real estate and facility program and project management activities with 3rd party providers.  - Maximize investment value by managing income, cash flow and long term property strategy, all within the framework of the overall portfolio strategy and objectives  - Ensure that performance and investment objectives of assets are met  - Participate in acquisition process and due diligence for new investments.  - Responsible for successful and timely execution of disposition of assets per the portfolio requirements.
