Will partner with the COO to drive multiple initiatives/agendas across sites at the overall GIC level in matters pertaining to infrastructure management, site governance

- Site management: Facilitate meetings with the infrastructure divisions (HR, CS, EI, FCG, LCD, Tax) to discuss, track and close open issues.

- Regulatory coverage: Work closely with groups that have regulatory reporting/ compliances to track and escalate risks as well collaborate on mitigating actions e.g.

a) LCD: e.g. Software Technology Parks of India, legal entity matters

b) HR : Labor compliance, vendor audits etc

c) FCG: External audits, filings to various regulators, indirect tax

- India GIC Operational Risk meetings-oversight and controls : Facilitate discussions, disclosures and tracking, escalations

- Liaise with regional teams on BCP, Information Security and Corporate Communications to ensure adequate levels of awareness and training are preserved, as well as facilitate key initiatives related to these areas across sites

- Execute various initiatives across sites including but not limited to Mumbai campus real estate capacity planning, divisional initiatives etc

- Deployment support and BU engagement: BU specific requirements, new deployments and expansions

- Exploring and recommending synergies and efficiencies between BUs, across sites and infra groups. Tracking efficiency of initiatives and savings
