VP - Project Management

Primary Objectives:

- Supervision of the Transition Projects, in coordination with dedicated Program Managers: participation to dedicated Steering Committees and interactions with dedicated BLR BA's

- Allocation of resources on SGSS National projects (Newton, Apple, Balti, etc) and on cross-functional projects (Compliance, Training, HR etc...), split of role between entities and BLR BA's

- Communication about the Transition by publishing dashboards per initiative (planning, resources, constraints, and priorities), assessing impacts on existing BLR teams (Production, OSM, MSU, ORG) in terms of organization.

- Management of Bangalore ORG team: time-tracking of every BA, allocation of resources during the year driven by roadmap priorities, help in prioritization of tasks, cross-sharing of experiences, knowledge management, training actions (with potential support from other teams and/ or locations), animation and motivation, structure of the team

- Leadership: be team oriented, keep people motivated, build a team spirit, support the on-boarding of new bas and each people development, provide helpful and factual feedback, make accurate evaluation of people's competences

- Knowledge Management: promote sharing of experiences and expertise within the team, provide training and guide team members when they are performing new tasks

- Share information and resources when needed, within the project team and outside with other project clients/ contributors, encourage open discussions and take into account other ideas

- Coordination and interactions with other ORG teams in Asia/ Paris/ Amer

- Work within GBS as a whole and to contribute to find quicker a common solution on behalf of GBS

The main missions are:

- Global governance of projects involving the Bangalore ORG team (Transition, Cross-regional or Local projects):

- Supervision of GOM Lead and Transition team in Bangalore

- Liaise with SGSS Managers in Bangalore/ Asia/ Paris/ Amer about progress on projects as well as potential issues / decisions needed.

- Be identified as the local contact point for Projects involving Bangalore ORG team

- Supervision and coaching of local proximity BA's

- Management of TTM position and TTM relay projects impacting SGSS BLR

- Management and piloting of Commando team (macro development and maintenance)
