India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for a seasoned professional in Internal Audit for their setup in Delhi NCR.  Job Description :  Reporting to the India Head of Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include:   - Compliance to IIA Standards: Assess the function’s readiness for an external IIA assessment, develop and implement an action plan to remediate the gaps  - People model: Develop the organization structure, position profiles, competency models and learning and development plan for the function. Develop the course content and implement the L&D plan   - Management Corrective Action Monitoring : Set up and implement process to follow up on the status of audit recommendations and report the status to the Global Executive and Audit Committee  - Drive the Audit Quality Review and Monitoring, knowledge management, fortnightly quality sound bites and other such initiatives   - Develop and update on an on-going basis the audit methodology and protocols for the GIA function; quality coach the India hub of the team and ensure that the work products meet the quality standards   - Support Leadership team in the risk assessment and internal audit planning   The Successful Applicant ;  - You are Qualified CA / MBA with atleast 9 yrs of post qualification experience within a Services setup.  - Prior experience as PMO / Internal Audit is a must.   - You should have prior experience in working across multiple processes and working with senior stakeholders.  What's on Offer :  Along with a market leading compensation this is a great opportunity to work in an MNC with exposure across functions and high visibility.
