My Client is a Leading Indian Multinational Conglomerate into Realty Industry

Job Title: PROJECT HEAD, Realty Industry

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Experience: 15 years to 25 years exp

Age: 45+ Years

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (CIVIL)

Job Description:

- Manage and coordinate all construction and related activities for the project in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets.

- Ensure compliance and implementation of all Engineering Procedures, practices and techniques

- Work in close coordination with the design, engineering teams and PMC to achieve ‘Value engineering’ and ‘Cost optimization’.

- Coordinate with Planning, QS/Contracts team for developing project schedules interfaced with the engineering deliverables and procurement/contracting plans.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory rules

- Conduct Quality and safety Audits at site & implement the corrective actions.

- Formalize all project close-out activities including evaluation, punch list liquidation, As-built documentation, certification of final bills and contract closures.

- Oversee Tendering process

Competency Skills Required:

- Experience of project implementation involving high rise towers, large span structures, complex structural configurations in RCC and Steel.

- Should have preferably been involved in real estate, development projects comprising of office towers, residential towers, shopping malls and hotels.
