VP - Project & Digital Transformation - Retail Assets Operations

Hiring for one of the banking client

It is a leadership level role where we are looking for someone having exposure into handling the entire retail assets operations process from pre disbursement till post disbursement activities.

- Candidate should have 10+ yrs. experience in managing end to end any lending product from onboarding to final closure in the books.

- Should have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the operations transaction / loan life cycle right from post sanction, pre & post disbursement requirements, documentation, loan servicing activities and post disbursal actions.

- Should be able to build a robust & scalable operations.

- Should be responsible for implementing STP journey for across all processes being carried out in Retail banking operations.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements for digital transformation and new digital capabilities.

- Work with IT Digital transformation teams to regularly monitor and review performance, suggest ideas for improvements and enhancing efficiency.

- Active involvement in internal UAT phase, manage the defects backlog and clarify requirements wherever needed.
