- Overall management of the resident HNI League programme
- Evaluating and implementing various customer experience enhancement projects
- Ensuring channel understanding of programme and its objectives to ensure seamless execution
- Recommending and implementing programme transformation/ revamp when required
- Book Management including upgrades and downgrades basis programme tier eligibility
- Driving x-sell, RV increase, Net Promoter Score on the HNI League customer base
- Owning key programme matrix and ensuring periodic reporting on the same
- Optimizing processes and costs related to the programme
- Managing and building a team of programme managers
