We are looking for a rockstar head Product & technology for our company. The ideal candidate is young, hungry, and hands-on. You will build your own team to take our entire technology eco-system to the next level. Currently, we have built our system using an outsourced and in-house development team, which has used Open source platform like LAMP and on the client side we have used HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX. These are not set in stone, and the tech head will evaluate and decide the best way forward in terms of architecture. You will have 5-6 members team in the first few months, and build the team going forward.   Responsibility:   - Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems   - Experience in developing and managing high traffic web applications with scalability and high reliability  - Design the technical architecture, create and deliver specifications for product development   - Able to engage with the Product Manager and other key stakeholders in analyzing and evaluating the product functionalities, and provide technical direction to the product   - Lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for all things technical for the product - from technology selection to architecture and design to working with, and guiding the engineering team in delivering the product per agreed timelines.   - Experience in developing products through agile methodology   - Willingness to be a hands -on engineering person when required   - Should also be able to develop mobile apps etc.   Skills/Education:   - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science from top notch colleges like IIT, BITS Pilani, NIT/REC.   - Experience in eCommerce / Internet product /platform development experience or working with any top notch product company.   - Ideal candidates should have 4-5 yrs of experience in Development followed by 4-5 yrs of experience in Product Management.
