Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) in defining product requirements and creating product roadmaps.

- Manage the entire development process, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.

- Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product ideas.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

- Leverage market insights to inform product strategy, set clear product goals and KPIs, and drive product differentiation.

- Assist in developing and executing product strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

- Implement processes for product iteration and improvement based on market feedback and data analysis.

- Champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, customer support) to ensure all aspects of the product launch and ongoing success are aligned.

- Clearly communicate product roadmaps, strategies, and goals to key stakeholders across the organization.

Quality Assurance:

- Define and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

- Work closely with engineering to address bugs and ensure product stability.

Customer Focus:

- Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback.

- Utilize customer insights to drive product improvements and enhancements that increase user satisfaction and engagement.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare regular reports on product performance, analyzing key metrics (e. g. , user adoption, retention, churn) to identify areas for growth and optimization.

- Make data-driven recommendations to improve product performance and achieve business goals.

Technical Skills:

- Proven working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying product usage data.

- Familiarity with Python for basic scripting and data manipulation.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with product management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Asana, monday. com).

- Bonus points for experience with product analytics tools (e. g. , Mixpanel, Amplitude).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7-11 years of experience in product management or related roles (e. g. , program management, product marketing). Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products.

- Passion for building exceptional user experiences.
