Vice President - Product Head Debit Cards

- Responsible for end-to end Debit Card Product development and management - including Policy Documents & Bank Circular drafting and review; Operations and Credit Underwriting Process Design, implementation & review etc.

- New product development - define & initiate new card products, product features and related process requirement.

- Scoping the product program and set up the product in the technology platform and finalize processes in consultation with various stake-holders within/outside the bank.

- Work with advertising agencies for designing product collateral and developing communication plan

- Cards Portfolio management- formulate strategies to increase activation, to reduce attrition and to increase frequency & usage value; drive the implementation through campaigns and customer engagement programmes.

- Work with technology team to draft the business requirement specification documents and design the workflows.

- Loyalty Programme Management for card products- development and management of customer's loyalty, data intelligence and direct marketing to achieve successful customer retention and loyalty by analyzing customer behavioral patterns, installing appropriate rewards & recognition mechanisms.

- Request for Proposal (RFP) Management- including drafting, floating, evaluation, negotiation & vendor finalization.

- Work with internal stakeholders i.e., Operations, Credit, Credit Policy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care etc. for streamlining the processes and enhancing the customer's experience.

- Conduct the product training sessions at Bank's training institute, Zonal/Regional Offices for branch and sales team.

- Manage co-brand partnerships/joint business programs as applicable.

- Liaise with networks like MasterCard/VISA/Rupay and regulatory bodies like RBI/NPCI in order to ensure compliance with guidelines from time to time and for all business related decisions.

- Product profitability and performance review and other Business MIS reporting to top management
