Basic Function :

Job duties include but are not limited to :

Build a portfolio of process reengineering & improvement projects, which are prioritized together with process owners in the capacity of project lead. Utilise improvement methodologies like Lean


- Ensure the right initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the function


- Champion and be accountable end-to-end for the delivery of projects. Be familiar with project management disciplines and provide the processes, structures, and tools for individual project management and program management across the transformation


- Provide a governance structure. The role ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.


- Build and foster effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders - both inside and outside CFO organization


- Support initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem-solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes.


- Identify capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and any other red flag issues needing leadership attention.


- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications. Ensures timelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping executives aware of any red flags concerning the timing or integration process


- Ensure organizational alignment and consensus in the design and execution of

initiative efforts


- Develop a feedback mechanism at strategic touch points to facilitate open discussions of organizational improvement opportunities


- Embed continuous improvement capabilities into the organization by orchestrating specific process training to the process participants to empower them to implement process improvements measures themselves


- Facilitate and catalyze the cultural transformation of the CFO organization towards a more process-oriented organization by leveraging your experiences and expertise to visibly demonstrate the advantages of working in a more process-mature organization.


- Be a process change catalyst and coach for the organization by supporting appointed process organization to perform their roles with awareness/refresher training


- Run/ assist process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify & prioritize process improvement opportunities
