VP - Process Automation - Finance Domain - Investment Banking

We are hiring candidates at senior level for Process Automation in the finance domain for one of the largest investment bank.

Location : Mumbai

Job Time : EMEA Shift

Leader will be responsible for driving the Process Automation initiative in Finance .

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a strong, sustainable & robust process.

- Create detailed project plans and hold regular touch-point calls/meetings with the stakeholders to closely track the progress of the project

- Develop and maintain strong governance mechanism

- Partner with key stake holders, Senior Management

- Report and provide periodic update to key stake holders and Senior Management

- Escalate issues and concerns

Qualification & Experience :

- Graduate (Commerce/Technology), PMP, MBA (Finance or Systems), Qualified professional with a minimum of 9+ year experience in banking operations/project management.

- Good understanding of Finance Operations and processes, and reasonably good appreciation of Technology

- Preferably have prior experience in Project Management

- Project management & prioritization skills - ability to work through change

- Ability to work cross boundary

- Ability to multi task

- Customer centric and result oriented

- Strong analytical / problem solving skills & exposure to Operation functions

- Ability to work with various cross-functional and cross-location teams

- Adherence to deadlines by managing key project milestones and deliverables as part of the project plan

- Ability to understand and develop solutions based on customer requirements

- Proactive, positive approach

- PC proficiency with good MS Office Suite skills

- Flexibility to work extended hours

- Ability to build strong partnerships across various stakeholder groups through proactive and strong communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
