VP - Pricing/Deal Consultant - IT

A LEADING CONSULTING SECTOR IS LOOKING FOR VP- DEAL CONSULTANT AT BANGALORE

Qualification: CA

Exp: 15+yrs in Finance Pricing,

Should have handled Large Deals 1.5 million USD .

Preferably only from Large IT Companies

- Structuring the deal as per the client requirements and negotiating with the customer to strike out best deal for both the parties.

- Financial statement analysis of prospective customer to determine solvency position by looking into past trends, cash flow and debt maturity analysis.

- Assisting the senior leadership in taking appropriate decision by preparing scenario analysis, business case, and bid defense strategies.

- Developing risk-reward and gain-sharing model where risk and reward is shared between the parties. Modeling the deal in the manner that the risk is mitigated or minimized.
