It is the world's most downloaded app for farmers - combining artificial intelligence and the expertise of leading research institutions around the globe. Crop Doctor to diagnose crop problems, get recommendations about treatments and the best suited products at their local store.

We sell Agri-Inputs via our e-commerce platform (mobile app) to retailers. As working capital is always a restriction for retailers, a credit option is crucial to increase our Top-level revenue growth. Plantix does not underwrite itself, but works with 3rd party possibilities either with Fintech platforms or directly lenders to provide credit to their retailers.

The Role:

You will be responsible for building the right culture to attract, grow and retain the best talent for our Indian headquarters in Indore.

Your responsibilities will include to:

- Lead and evolve our "people & culture" team

- Spearhead all facets of HR, i.e., operations, change management, succession planning

- Create a decisive impact from your team's work across the entire organization

- Develop and communicate strong employer brand

- Define successful recruiting strategies

- Create learning and development programs and initiatives

- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy

- Organize events, training, and benefits with your team

Requirements :

- 100% people person with a charming personality

- 10+ years in people management and recruiting, best in startups and corporates alike

- Proven leadership experience

- Deep knowledge of all HR functions

- Experience with multiple markets and intercultural teams

- You enjoy working with people, listening to their needs and solving their problems

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

- Well organized and structured work style
