Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Set-up and stabilize the team and operating structure for a Global Delivery mandate - in the controllership space

- Lead. Govern and help grow the delivery mandate with a global team

- Manage multiple senior stake-holders at the customer as well as internally viz. Heads of Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Compliance etc.

Competencies (Essential)

- Detailed knowledge of Internal Controls, Risks, Internal audit and other Risk Advisory domain elements

- Detailed and in-depth understanding of business processes in any of the sub verticals CGRLS

- Strong delivery ability and quality mind

- Business development acumen

- System understanding - ERP, other sub systems

- Global exposure and Commercial acumen
