Currently working on a Lead- Outbound Telesales/ Customer Marketing role with an NBFC/ Financial services organization based in Gurgaon.
- Responsible for Leading the Outbound Tele-sales team for generating Leads and subsequent closure of sales Leads by coordinating with Business Sales team.
- Creating strategic road map and setting goals and milestones for telesales team
- Monitor the Performance/KPIs/SLAs to drive efficiencies and continuously reviewing business strategy by taking corrective measures whenever required
- Handling Queries related to Salesforce tool/ DSR Updation/ Reports published/ data visibility related.
- Master Data Management w.r.t to Sales Employee Master, location change, reporting change
- Bridging the gaps & disconnects in system and work towards process improvement.
- Publishing of Reports to stakeholders within TAT (Zonal Score Card, branch score card, RM score card)
- Uploading of reallocation & new data addition as and when required. Data preparation and uploading in SFE as per the new campaign launched.
- Following up with the Sales team for DSR
- Imparting SFE training to new joiners to ensure that they can start using the SFE system
- Training Agents on New Initiatives
Required Skills - High analytical proficiency
- Outbound Telesales Team handling experience
- Experience in LAP/SME business
- Good communication and Presentation skills
- Large BPO set up experience would be an added advantage
Exp in Financial services/ domestic market is mandatory.
