VP - Origination - Investment Banking

Looking for an experienced investment banker or someone from preferably a large corporate/ Credit Rating Agencies with an experience of identifying new business opportunities through business partners, HNIs, PE Funds etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients/ bankers/ financial institutions

2. Spawn new business ideas and strategies and translate them to revenues by getting new signups and partnerships Contact and meet the management and introduce the company and its services and independently secure mandates for various services.

3. Do deal evaluation and thorough analysis of business opportunities and risk validate assumptions through review of underlying drivers.

4. Be a go-getter and strong at creating win-win alliances and understanding of industry changes happening around

5. Responsible for achieving strategic account targets and revenue from them

6. Well-connected at CXO level personnel of various organizations.

The ideal candidate is likely to have a significant industry, and deal closure experience. He should have proven experience of winning new business alliances and scaling them. The expected candidate should have excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills with an ability to forge relationships.
