VP - Operations - Title Insurance - Mortgage - BPO

Our partners client is a leading business process services provider serving the financial services industry and Insurance.

Our client is looking for the best of the talents. So the recruiting process is lengthy.

They are looking for a Vice President Operations for their Title Insurance (Mortgage) Division.

Facility : either Pune or Bangalore

Total Experience : 15+ year's relevant experience in the title insurance industry

Min. Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate [Preferably Engineering]

MBA from any reputed university [Preferably Operations + Marketing]

Basic Requisites for the candidate

- Strong communication skills - verbal & written

- Strong people management skills with a proven track record for maintaining low attrition

- Proven experience in implementing and improving strong service delivery framework

- Good understanding on six sigma concepts, at least green belt trained. Will be an added advantage if he has completed projects

- Experience in driving continuous improvement projects thru automation/ lean and delivering savings that impact the P&L positively. Good experience in troubleshooting operational issues in a timely manner and proactively
