VP - Operations Risk & SOX Audit - BPO

Key Responsibilities:

- Through management of the control testing program and evaluation of other data (e.g., IAD reports, SAB 99s, PwC reports), identify and assess all financial control related issues for impact and likelihood. This includes issues related to the SOX, MAR and FRB control structure.

- Through regular contact with senior Finance leadership and related process owners, identify emerging control and operational risk issues within current transformation initiatives and other operational processes. Assess the adequacy of control design within any new or changed Finance process.

- Actively manage FCU team to ensure strong engagement of its employees. This includes conducting periodic staff meetings and employee lunches, partnering with direct reports to create and monitor timely and meaningful development plans, and performing a periodic Talent Assessment for the team.

- Actively manage the migration of FCU control testing to low-cost, off-shore locations. Lead the Business Continuity Management activities for the related Finance organization.

- Communicate the outcomes and status of all related financial control issues and L&R or PC Finance operational risk issues to various internal and external constituents.

Desired Profile:

Qualified CA / CPA / MBA Finance with minimum 14 years of post qualification experience in operational risk and enterprise risk management profile with hands on experience on SOX controls
