Job Description -

a) Needs to handle the entire back-end operations including production, supply chain, quality, administration, finance, etc.

b) Needs to implement Standard Operating Procedures across all departments.

c) Needs to implement steps too improve productivity across all departments.

Requirements -

a) Experience handling departments like production, supply chain, admin, etc.

b) Should have a good understanding of implementing SOPs across departments.

c) Should have managed personnel in various departments.
