About Company:

Quality Assurance with state-of-the-art formulation unit at Haridwar

It is proposed to manufacture and market a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations with an assurance of quality and reliability for both Domestic and Export (Rest of the World and Europe) market. The Company has set up a state-of-the-art Formulation Unit at Haridwar. It comprises of manufacturing facility for different formulations of tablets, capsules and oral liquids of non-beta lactum range.

Designation: VP-Operations / Plant Head

Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for heading WHO-GMP approved Tablet & Capsule Block including Manufacturing, packaging & branding of Tablet & Capsules.

- Has to handle operations related activities including product identification, New product launches in manufacturing & packing, development, production planning, goal achievements, Budget Control, manpower management, administration, maintenance & other issues of plant,

- Co-ordinate with warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering & other departments of plant.

Production planning and controlling.

- Controlling of RM & PM inventory as per orders.

- Follow up for plant & machinery maintenance.

- Interdepartmental co - ordination for smooth Production.

- Getting in touch with machine manufacturer for Query & technical guidance of new machines.

- Giving technical guidance to commercial deptt for Third party manufacturing.

- Production & Project Management (Tablet & Capsule)

- Manufacturing (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsules & Packaging)

- ANDA Batches & F&D Trials

- Technology Transfer from F&D to regular production batches

- Validation (Process, Cleaning, Qualification)

- Internal Audits & External Audit Co-ordination

- Validation Protocols, SOP’s & BMR Preparation & execution

- Drug Registrations with local FDA & project related local laisoning
