Qualification : BE Mechanical

Experience : Above 20+ Yrs

CTC Range Rs 50 to 60 lakhs

Location : Karnataka - Mysore

Brief Nature of Job

- Head of the Plant, directly responsible for Profit/Loss of the Plant.

- Set the Business objectives (Medium/Long Term) & review the Business process periodically.

- Responsible for implementing World Class manufacturing (WCM) system.

- Responsible for delivering training across the Organisation for systems (ISO14001/TS16949) & TPM.

- Responsible for productivity, manpower, energy & consumable consumption.

- Responsible for setting systems towards MIS, Business process Documents, Monthly/Weekly reviews, Review of KRAs, Cost Control.

- Enhance productivity & Quality

- Reduce costs

- Implementation of standards like ISO9001/14001/OHSAS 18001/TS16949/TPM.
