Functioning as a member of the senior management team, responsible for instituting systems that provide effective internal management. Has direct responsibility for managing and providing strategic leadership and oversight to assigned departments (Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, IT, and HR) and participates in the general management of the company.

Leadership :

- Builds and maintains a departmental structure, operating standards and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.

- Develops and implements a talent plan to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet the strategic needs of the organization.

- Manages employee performance by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring timely feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.

- Manager/supervisor direct reports demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and develop their assigned staff.

Team Management :

- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's vision, opportunities, and challenges.

- Ensure company operation hurdles are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.

Position Requirements :

- Post Graduate from a premier Business School.

- Imbibes healthy living.

- Awareness of Natural and Organic food

- Fitness oriented

- 10+ years experience in F&B / FMCG.

- Hands on experience either in a startup or creating a Business Unit from the scratch.

- Should have held a National Role for a minimum of 2 years.

- Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.

- Proven leadership ability.

- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail.

- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional service orientation.

- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Preferable knowledge of the local languages.
