VP - Operations

- We have a requirement with one of the leading Investments Banks In Mumbai. This role is with the Operations team, a candidate who will be responsible for Risk Management, Control, Regulatory Reporting, etc.

Below KRAs :

- Experience in designing and managing regulatory or risk functions

- Experience in Disclosure of Interest (DOI) production processes

- Monitoring Regulatory & business changes for DOI ops team

- Regular engagement with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Legal & Compliance)

- Strong functional knowledge of disclosure of interest regulations.
