VP - Operations - FMCG

Vice President – Operations for a Solar Energy Products Organization

The Vice President of Operations will work in lock-step with the client firm's CEO, National Sales Director, VP of Finance and global channel partners to develop and lead the following critical functions across their global markets

1. Supply Chain Excellence: encompassing planning and quality-driven execution across multiple
production centers, regional warehouses in several South Asian and East African countries, and rural 'hub
and spoke' distribution points growing to over two hundred branches in 2014.

2. Distribution Operations: drive key enablers for in-house direct sales function (which will encompass over 25,000 direct sales agents over hundreds of branches), including development of sales force automation systems, branch operations, market governance systems and the channel intelligence center.

3. Customer Service: develop quality-driven post-sales technical product service operations across 10+
locations in multiple countries, in-bound customer support systems and mass-scale outbound installation
and service operations for high-end product segments
