Job Title : VP - Operations Excellence and Planning

Working with : SCM Head

Location : Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

- This role will be responsible to drive Process Excellence across Supply Chain organization which will result in better customer experience, and cost effectiveness.

- This role will be responsible for all planning exercise in Supply Chain. Eg Inventory distribution plan, capacity planning, space, manpower.

- This role will be responsible for training for all the SDAs for last mile delivery, This will require to improving training quality for best customer experience and scale up the training infrastructure.

- Responsible for quality projects like Kaizen, Six Sigma.

- This person will be responsible to drive innovations in supply chain for fashion e-tailing.

- Overall build culture of process excellence across supply chain.
