VP - Operations - eCommerce Startup

We are looking out for Start-Up hungry candidates with extensive experience in Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design operational processes for scale - from quality control to logistics to inventory & warehouse management

- Implement all the processes - including integration with technology

- Talent management for Operations. Hire and train operations team

- Analyze and continuously improve operational processes

- Work closely with technology and business heads to ensure appropriate levels of automation and tracking

- Present operational metrics on a monthly basis

- Build an effective yet fun culture in operations

REQUIREMENTS:

- Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)

- Patience Essential - Sense of Humour a Bonus!

- Minimum 3-4 Years Work Experience in Operations

- Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing a bonus, not essential

- Hungry to make a difference and succeed
