Job Summary:  In this role you will be accountable for ensuring timely hosting of customer's digital catalogue post customer acquisition.. Your team will have many direct interactions with the customer, over telephone as well as email. The process must ensure a pleasant customer experience during the period between sales to catalogue hosting. Your team will be responsible for ensuring that the digital catalogue of customer is designed and hosted in quick time and conform to platform standards and guidelines. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we have buyers for the acquired customer on our platform and right expectations have been set by the customer acquisition team  Tasks:  1. Ensure high customer satisfaction at each customer touch point  2. Ensure a pleasant customer journey from Sales to Catalogue Hosting  3. Build capacity to carry out timely and effective order verification  4. Build capacity to design and host catalogs for all acquired customers within agreed turn around time and as per defined platform guidelines and standards  5. Continuous improvement in quality and throughput of each process.  6. Design and implement training and certification programs for team members to ensure first time right delivery  7. Work closely with customer acquisition and servicing teams to identify and fix process gaps  Experience:  8-10 years of experience in a Operations Management profile  Exposure to Process Engineering, TQM and Six Sigma would be preferred  Skill Sets:  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for details  2. Should have exposure of designing process controls/checks to measure the quality of output through a production process  Qualifications:  - A Master's degree in Business Management from IIM or similar Institute  - B Tech from a premiere engineering college would be preferred
