VP - Operations/Business Head - Edutech Firm - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

The opportunity is with our client who is a leading Edutech firm based in Mumbai

The candidate should have a strong experience in the edtech industry,

- Manage a multifunction team across the country with complete P&L responsibility

- Formulate growth plan for the company, drive the vision, and execute plans to achieve the vision

- Rapidly prototype, experiment, roll out and evolve product & business platform/features to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.

- Drive performance metrics across functions and drive resource allocation for most important areas/initiatives

- Create, experiment, and deploy innovative business models

- Experience in building businesses - preferably in an edtech startup. A startup like problem-solving and growth experience from large companies is welcome too

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering those solutions.

- Cross-functional exposure to digital engagement, people development, product management, Sales & Marketing and business operations

MBA with a Tier 1 B School.
