VP - Operations - Back Office Trade

- Manage Trade processing and contract issuance for all Exchanges

- Manage master modification request and UCC reporting in all Exchanges

- Manage Brokerage modifications and reversals

- Implementing regulatory changes

- Defining processes for new activities/projects/products and implementing them

- Evaluation and implementation of automation solutions for various activities including MIS, transaction processing, reconciliations

- Exception monitoring from defined authorization matrices

- Partnering with business teams / product teams for designing and developing long-term operations planning

- Responsible for quality assurance and process compliance across products, activities and functions within the Operations team

- Create awareness about various changes in operation

- Handling Internal/Exchanges/SEBI Audits

- Responsible for Business MIS

- Document and Update SOPSs at regular intervals

- Manage interface with control groups like Finance & Accounts, Compliance, Depository and Settlement sections

- 10 + years of experience with 3/ 4 years in relevant role

- Strong people management skills and experience

- Good partnership skills to be able to work well with Front Office and Mid office teams

- Strong Servicing aptitude and good technical understanding

- Strong communication skills

- CA / MBA preferred
