Vice President/Exp 25-30 years/Location - Kolkata

Urban Development - master planning, land preparation and infrastructure development to transform raw land into large scale, world-class urban developments comprising industrial parks, as well as business, commercial and residential space.

Qualification - B.Tech/M.Tech ( Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Chemical/Automobile/Environmental Engineering) or MBBS (Administrative Position)

Experience : 25 - 30 Years

Age - 45 - 55 years

Location - Kolkata

Note : Candidates from West Bengal, Odissa, Assam, Bihar shall be preferred.

- Responsible for overall operation management and profitability of the business.

- Responsible for growth and expansion plan in Eastern Region (West Bengal).

- Drives the organization to achieve operational & financial goals.

- Visualize, Plan and Guide business expansion avenues and strategies as well as diversification initiatives.

- Coordinate, Monitor and Review the operations of the Eastern Region in terms of:

a) Development of staff.

b) Business Results.

c) Identify and groom juniors for shouldering wider responsibilities.

d) Provide feed back to the Senior Management on all the issues.

- Uphold the Values, Ethics and Culture of the organization and be an ambassador of the organization.

- Establish and maintain liaison with external Professional, Business, Financial and Governmental bodies relevant to the operations.

- Implement the corporate directives.

- Responsible for P & L of Eastern Region.

- Responsible for accounting control system.

- Responsible for work force management and cost effectiveness.

- Responsible for statutory and regulatory compliances.

- Develop new markets and retain customer. Handling all the marketing personnel and guiding them on service related matters, and also encouraging them in collecting long standing bills as well the current out standings from clients.

- Research & analysis all the related factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.

- Monitoring the progress of new projects.

- Manage day to day operations of facility and services.

- Develop and review best practices in operation processes & systems.

- Plan, budget for, monitor and control process improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement activities and costs.

- Preparing the annual Budgets and its successful control / implementation

- Facilitate & support implementation of new systems and process improvements like ISO/ OSHAS and SAP.

- Provide monthly operations, financial (including monthly balance sheet) & other reports to Head Office.

- Presentation to Senior Management on the operation and financial performance.

- Satisfactory completion of annual audits of accounts & operations
