Responsibilities include:

- Oversight, control, monitoring and ensure service delivery of the Global Cost Reporting processes off - shored.

- Identify opportunities, define structure and drive vertical growth especially in Cost Reporting

- Lead in providing/developing MI for:

- Global Functions

- Group Cost and FTE reporting

- Analysis and trending of information to enable decision support

- Adhoc MI and analysis, AOP related MI as required

- Business Re - engineering

- Drive Process Standardization

- Drive Process Improvements and Process Efficiency

- Support businesses on various re - engineering initiatives

- Business Partners Relationship

- Senior stakeholders at Group and Regional MI heads /functional heads

- Relationship Management with senior managers and at a process level

- Agree on roadmap and plans for reengineering and standardisation

- Monitoring Performance

- Lead end - to - end process reviews to identify opportunities (multi - functional, multi regional involvement), identify process improvement & MI development opportunities

- Process Standardisation – Spot opportunities

- Standardise the approach of process - mapping in line with process excellence framework

- Migration methodology

- Explore Opportunities for new migrations/development of business MI area

- Business and Departmental initiatives

- Continuous Improvements

- Controls

- Manage the controllable cost base.

- Identify migration opportunities and deliver on the migration program

- Develop the business knowledge including an Business focused analytical CoE

- Create baseline metrics and deployment charts to understand process performance, opportunities to improve, knowledge gaps and other root causes

- Meet PLAs for existing activities and new migrations

- Ensure string process controls

- The role will report to Head MI - and will work closely with onshore business teams for service delivery through teams

- Analysis and interpretation of numbers, trends and forecasts

- Ownership of complex to high risk finance processes

- The role will require initiative, solicitation at all levels of the Group and the ability to communicate and drive changes cross - functionally and cross - entity.

- Strong networking and relationship with onshore teams to give them confidence about capability being built.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified Accountant (C.A. /C.P.A/ I.C.W.A) / MBA with over 12+ years of experience with significant functional and leadership experience in the financial services domain with expertise in cost reporting/driver based reporting and financial reporting. He / she should have a proven track record in managing large teams & growth.

- Experience in Group level consolidated cost reporting as well as understanding and reporting of the cost drivers is desired.
