VP - Mergers & Acquisitions - Infrastructure - IIM/FMS

Position is with One of the India's largest Infrastructure company, looking for an MBA from a reputed institute preferably from IIM-A,B,C FMS or Rank holder CA. Should be currently heading M&A for large Indian Company.

Candidate should be between the age group of 40-45.

Role and Responsibilities :

Scan market, formulate strategic plans, and pro-actively identify acquisition targets

- Lead due-diligence, valuation, documentation, and negotiations for completing the identified transactions

- Plan and secure acquisition financing

- Mandate Advisors (Financial, Technical, Tax, Legal, etc.) for opportunity evaluation and execution

- Interact with top-management and Board to obtain approvals on M&A proposals and capital allocations
