Position objectives and position summary:
- In this role, you will be part of the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team, with responsibility to support all efforts to enhance our team's marketing &sales data analytics capabilities.
- You will be required to coordinate our efforts and actions with the Headquarter in Zurich and the four regional hubs.
- You will be part of an innovative, forward looking and exciting team with the possibility to grow fast and take up responsibilities.
- Keeping constant client and broker focus with particular emphasis on our growth initiatives and sales campaigns will be important.
Main tasks/activities:
- Primary responsibilities are centered on sales data &business performance analytics
- Gather, syndicate, consolidate sales data in a concise, credible and compelling way
- Analyze broker production data, support broker and client analysis and provide commentary
- Coordinate& carry out sales and marketing analytics using and developing the team located in Bangalore
- Identify improvement and standardization possibilities for the analysis and reports
- Work closely with broker analysis tools to identify distribution channel successes
- Merge external data with our own data to help identify benchmarks for performance and effectiveness vs. competitors
- Collect and disseminate information to report on success of sales initiatives or various marketing/sales campaigns
- Plan, coordinate and document specific sales reports or analysis in line with sales plans and communicate to the respective stakeholders in the four CorSo sales regions
Job requirements: (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills)
- University degree preferably in Economics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar from a Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
- 10+ years' experience as a sales and marketing data analyst preferred
- Superior Word, Excel, Power Point skills, ideally experienced with relational databases/SQL), as well as BI and/or Advanced Analytics platforms such as Microsoft BI, R, Matlab or SAS and visualization/reporting tools such as salesforce.com, tableau, D3
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingly adapt to shifting or competing priorities and try new things, even at the risk of failure
- Out of the box thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and exhibit a commitment to customer service
- Able communicate the key message by visualization and presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time
- Curious and eager to learn and grow
- Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus
- Commercial Insurance experience would be a plus
- Fluent in English
