Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical MNC's based out of Europe. They have a vast product portfolio ranging across therapy areas and are leaders in many of their fields. They are branded as the Employer of choice year on year and have an established operations in India, with an employee base of over 2500. They are looking for the Vice President , Marketing.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, your job responsibility entails:

- Responsible for top and bottom line, organizational Marketing Strategy.

- New product/ business introduction, Sales co-ordination, recruitment of team.

- Drive innovation with new ideas.

- Advertising, PR and Media agency management.

- Coordination with R&D, Sales, finance for achieving business results.

- Top line and bottom line responsibility for the company International reporting and coordination

The Successful Applicant

- You are a Science graduate with MBA from a top tier B school. You must have a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience within sales & marketing handling a business unit. You will be a leader and demonstrate good experience with man management skills. You will be energetic, have a strategic way of thinking and be ready to take up the responsibility of heading the business.
