Qualification and Experience:
- BE from reputed institute.
- MBA in Marketing from an institute of repute.
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in the industry, including multiple years either working for, or selling to the OEM's and operating in business leadership role.
Job Description:
- Direct and support the OEM team in all locations and coordinate the support of resources in collaboration with all the business heads/plant heads.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of domestic market trends and customer needs, including awareness of the associated product segment that OEM serves. Maintain a deep network of contacts in the industry, as well as coordinate with Marketing Team to deploy appropriate market research activities, to ensure that this knowledge is both up-to-date and of the necessary level of detail.
- Develop and implement sales, marketing and customer support strategies in collaboration with Marketing and business strategies.
- Direct and support the OEM team to deliver pricing and supply agreements to customers, including the development of new business proposals.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors- offerings and be prepared to deploy counter-strategies and tactics to protect and grow current market shares.
