Position/ Title - VP Marketing

Location of Position - Delhi NCR

Compensation - 30-35 Lac

Qualifications - Graduation (Must )/ PG (Preferred)

Prior Experience in terms of number of years and nature of work

1 A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Marketing

2 Any Industry (ecommerce industry)

Role and Responsibility

1 This role shall be to develop the India Marketing strategy for the organization. Support the development of high-impact marketing campaigns to drive adoption, increase usage of website, work on strategies for offline marketing and partner co-marketing campaigns.

2 Attaning business intelligence through various channels like Website/ WAP Site Development / Web (Internet) Based Business Intelligence Solutions & User Experience Based Solutions

3 Guiding & Managing teams for Website Content management, handling SMS marketing for sales and lead generation, Database management in email and sms.

4 Managing data collection and data procurement from vendors, Finding new products for web portal and negotiate on pricing.

5 Track and analyze effectiveness of campaigns, incorporate key leanings into the direction of new marketing programs. Ensure highly effective campaign management that sets global benchmarks for ROI and innovation.

6 Conducting Market & Competitor Analysis with various web content management

7 Communicating marketing strategies to stakeholders/senior management/cross-functional teams across organization; act as a valuable marketing partner.

8 Ensuring the departmental performance of staff is productive, and monitoring regular adherence to Company's policies & procedures.
