VP - Marketing Analytics - Captive Bank

I am currently sourcing for one of the leading captive bank based in Mumbai .

Looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in marketing analytic with good hands on experience in team management .

1) 10+ years of relevant experience in banking industry

2) Working knowledge of model development and campaign management.

3) Hands on experience in team management, in hi current role will be managing a team of 40+ with 5-6 direct reports.

4) Must have worked on pre campaign, post campaign, propensity model development, cross sell, up sell model, well verse with predictive analytic techniques.
