Job Description : VP- Market risk {Change Business Analyst}

We Offer :

Structure and lead a work stream of the BCBS 239 global, cross functional Programme team to deliver BCBS 239 compliance. This includes:

- Within the overall Programme structure, set up, design, mobilize and then manage the day-to-day activities of the workstream, including development of the plan, with IT, resourcing, status reporting, cost management, RAIDS management, plan management, etc.

- Manage the team to ensure activities are appropriately assigned and ensure that all deadlines are achieved

- Preparation of materials for working groups, steering committees and other ad hoc presentations

- Support and develop workstream leads, as required

- Working with the business architects and IT, contribute to or defines the strategic direction for the relevant infrastructure and processes, aiming for a simplified, lower cost model, removing complexity, and delivering benefit to the CRO Organization.

You Offer :

- An Investment Bank and/or Asset Management and/or Consultancy background, with a strong understanding of structured project management within the Financial Services arena.

- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects within an global financial services environment

- A good working knowledge of Risk practices within a global financial services firm. Project/ Programme delivery across a wide set of products and/or functions is strongly preferred

- Proven organizational, leadership, communication and management skills. Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner

- Delivery focused and process oriented, Attentive to detail, Demanding, Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, Sufficient credibility to direct project teams and senior management in the Credit Risk domain & Tact, discretion and diplomacy.

- Solid facilitation skills, Effective relationship management and influencing skills & The ability to create agreement among differing stakeholder views

- University under-graduate degree

- You will be working in a small team and required to direct the activities of others. Proven experience of managing personnel is therefore desirable. Candidate must be able to lead by example and motivate/ focus team members
