- Defining long term strategy for Market Place Business Unit with the ability to execute in short team

- Contribute to the strategy and priority setting for Market Place operations in a short, mid, and long term

- Work towards attainable quarterly revenue targets and building new business revenue streams.

- Managing large teams including seller onboarding, content quality, seller growth & training, revenue & business development, seller support and related fields. Ability to manage diverse teams will be critical.

- Manpower planning, hiring & retention as per business projections.

- Complete accountability for Market Place performance dashboard including revenue, on-boarded sellers, active sellers, active listings, seller score, lead distribution, seller grievances & redressal

- Driving all business metrics from revenue growth & forecasting, improving contribution margins, reviewing & managing unit economics and scaling top line while keeping the cost under check

- Cost effectiveness and budget planning & implementation

- Coach the team and constantly inspire innovation to achieve excellence

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Provide proactive solutions, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

- 15-18 years of relevant work experience.

- Skills to maintain own business strategy, work flow and meet deadlines.

- Take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics.

- Exceptional communication with strong attention to detail with outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals.

- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

- Creative and analytical thinking to learn fast in a technology environment.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, MBA preferred
